Puntite Fisheries, is a local fishing company committed in empowering Somali coastal communities while promoting sustainable catchment of the domestic fish and preserving the overall regional aqua-life. We strategically empower and employ local fishermen while simultaneously training women in standardized fish processing and preparing dried and value-added fish products. Puntite Fisheries is an embodiment of innovation and tradition, embarked on its journey in 2020 with a resolute commitment to empower Somali coastal communities and cultivate sustainable fishing practices that coexist harmoniously with the aquatic realm.
